The Chicago Indie Film Awards has just named my musical compositions in The Blinding Sea as an Official Selection in its current edition. This time I submitted 18 minutes of my own compositions appearing in the film, not the entire film score of 107 different musical pieces, which would have included work by vocalist Marie Frenette, Inuit throat-singers Janet Aglukkaq and Robin Ikkutisluk, a Montreal jazz band, etc. Anyway, stay tuned!
