Canadian Première

Canadian Première

The Canadian première of my film The Blinding Sea is being held at the Université du Québec à Rimouski (UQAR) next week.

The BORÉAS group, one of the leading Arctic research programmes in Canada, will be streaming the film to faculty, researchers and students from Tuesday November 17th to Tuesday November 24th.

Rimouski is a lovely city in the Bas du Fleuve region of Quebec, downstream from Montreal.

On the last day of this virtual event, I will be in touch with faculty, researchers and students via Zoom conference, to discuss the film and answer any questions people may  have, in French and English. UQAR will then post this Zoom conference online.

This virtual event is the first paying première in Canada, outside of the festival screenings in Montreal and Toronto.

Thanks to Dr. Julie Morin-Rivat at UQAR, for organizing this event.
